How Collection and Delivery Work
The car leaves your address and comes back to it. In between, you approve every repair before it is carried out.

Tell us where the car is
Share the address, the model and what the car is doing. We confirm a collection slot that suits you.

Our driver collects it
A workshop driver picks the car up from your home, office or tower car park and drives it to Musaffah M-21.
- 03
Diagnosis and your approval
The car is read on PIWIS III and inspected. You receive an itemised quotation, and nothing is repaired until you approve it.

Returned, washed
Once the work is road tested, the car comes back to your address washed, with the invoice listing every part and procedure.
Prefer to Drive In?
Owners in Mussafah, Mussafah Shabiya, Mohammed Bin Zayed City and Khalifa City are often closer to the workshop than to a car park in town. Drive in during opening hours and the car goes straight onto a diagnostic bay.

Yes, free pickup and drop off by driver is included when you have a service contract with us. Without a contract you are welcome to drive the car in, or ask us about collection when you get in touch.
02Do I have to drive a car with a warning light across the city?
Not if you have a service contract: our driver collects the car from your address. If the warning is overheating or low oil pressure, switch the engine off and tell us when you get in touch, so we can advise before anyone drives it.
03My area is not on the list. Can you still collect?
The list shows the districts we collect from regularly. If yours is not there, send us the location through the contact page and we will confirm whether a collection is possible.
04Can I drop the car off myself instead?
Yes. The workshop in Musaffah M-21 is open Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 10 pm and on Sunday from 9 am to 7 pm. Owners in Mussafah and nearby districts often find it quicker to drive in.
05Where is the car repaired?
Every car is diagnosed and repaired at our own workshop in Musaffah Industrial Area, M-21. Mechanical, electrical, body and paint work all happen in the same building, so the car is not moved between sites.
