About Exotic Auto Services
We are an independent workshop in Musaffah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi, built for owners who want dealer-level work on their Porsche without dealer-level guesswork about the bill. Mechanical, electrical, body and paint work all happen in our own building, and nothing is sent to a third party mid-repair.
For more than 10 years our team has looked after over 1,000 customers. This page explains who does the work, how we work, and how you can check everything we say before you hand over a key.

01 What we are
An Independent Alternative to the Dealer
A main dealer sees one badge and one price list. An independent workshop with the right equipment can tell you when a repair is worth doing, and when it is not. These are the six things you can hold us to.

Read on the factory platform
Every Porsche is read on PIWIS III, the diagnostic platform Porsche's own dealer network uses, across the DME, PDK, PASM and air suspension control units. A generic code reader returns a number; PIWIS returns the context behind it.

A written quotation before anything is opened
You receive the diagnosis, the parts and the labour in writing before work starts. If the estimate changes once something is stripped, we call you and you decide. You never find out on the invoice.

You choose the parts
OEM-equivalent parts made to factory specification are the default, and Porsche Genuine Parts are available on request. The quotation states which one is going on your car, so the choice is never made quietly on price.

Every trade under one roof
Engine, transmission, suspension and electrical bays sit in the same building as the body shop and a sealed paint booth. A car that needs two trades does not travel between sites, and no one can blame the other workshop.

Records the next owner can read
Parts and procedures are documented on every visit, with digital invoices. On a Porsche, a complete and readable service history protects real money at resale.

Warranty you can see
Parts and labour carry our workshop warranty, and its terms are printed on your invoice rather than promised at the counter.

The service intervals, fault descriptions and repair advice on this website are written by the Exotic Auto Services workshop team, from the work we carry out every day and from Porsche's published maintenance schedules. Where we recommend something different from the factory, such as a shorter oil interval for Abu Dhabi heat, we say so and explain why.
Prices depend on the model, the engine and the parts you choose, so we do not publish fixed repair prices online. You will always receive a written quotation for your own car. If something on this site looks wrong or out of date, tell us through the contact page and we will correct it.
